We have developed several packages to meet your individual organisations needs and budget. You can select as many or as little of the add on programmes as you like. Or you can start with the base programme and add additional features later, it is all about creating a solution that is right for your team.
A Starting Point: Individual Belbin Profiles
Each team member will take a self-perception test with the option to include 360-degree feedback from observers or colleagues to build your profile, which each individual will receive in the form of a digital report. Following this, the workshop will give you the knowledge and understanding about how different profiles work within the greater team dynamic and how to assemble the most effective team possible.
A Little Something More (Recommended): Team & Working Relationships Reports
Team Reports offer amazing insight into the relationships and dynamics at work within any team and will help you better understand the working connections between the different team roles. NOTE: All team members will need to have completed an individual Belbin profile first to provide the data for further Belbin reporting.
Take it to the Next Level (Recommended): Facilitated Discussion
So now that you know your team’s strengths and weaknesses, how do you implement that into a remote workplace? Take the guess work out of analyzing your results and have one of our expert facilitators guide you through a strategy session to help keep your team on track and give you the best chance for future success. Anita’s delivery style was authentic and engaging. She delivered really good and relevant material. This really helped to be able to have an open and honest dialogue with the team. It made me think of new ways of doing things with regards to my relationships with other team members.
I felt the weekend was exceptionally well run, I really enjoyed it. It was engaging, motivating and hands on! Highly recommended.

I thought it was a great idea getting everybody together interacting and getting to know one another. I have worked with a fair amount of my colleagues and did not even know what they looked like and didn’t know much about them.
It is a beneficial investment for any company as far as getting to know more about who their fellow team mates are and how they function as part of the team.
History of Belbin
Dr Meredith Belbin developed the Belbin Team Role theory during an intense study of teams at Henley Business School in the UK in the late 60s and early 70s.
His research found that it was not intellect, but balance, which enabled a team to succeed. The most successful companies tend to be those with a mix of people with a range of behaviours and attributes.
Belbin Team Roles theory was created identifying nine distinct clusters of behaviour in people within teams. Finding the effective balance of these behaviours for a successful team has seen Belbin Team Roles used in organisations ever since.
